Customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and returns are accepted.
We accept returns on damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Due to the nature of digital content and coaching services, we do not offer refunds once the service has started or digital access has been granted.
Recurring plans may be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for unused days.
